Yes, it does accept an RGB input AFAIK from an external STB, it
definitely outputs RGB through the output SCART to the viewing source.
My OD box is set to output to RGB and it only goes out to TiVo and an
S-Video converter, to connect to the amp, and it all works fine.

Yes, done, two 60Gb drives are in my TiVo for more info on how to do it
