20mm conduit will _just_ accommodate 4 x CAT5 provided (i) there are no
bends in the conduit, and (ii) you have the patience of a saint.  25mm
should be much better - but you would need two runs as you won't squeeze
the
CT100 in one too.

Galvanised steel is suitable for exterior walls - but requires specialised
bending and threading tools.  Why not use some drainpipe?  That can be
disguised to appear as part of the rainwater collection system if you are
devious enough, and can also be buried.  40mm waste pipe could also do the
trick.

Mark Harrison is using ventilation ducting (rectangular section) which has
handy couplings, bends etc. available off the shelf.  It could be difficult
to hide though - depends on your house construction materials.
