Nick,
you must be logged in to the Win 98/95 machine as a user which has an
account setup under W2K.
Alternatively you can enable guest access on the W2K machine. Probably not
a
good idea though.
IPC$ is an administrative share and can't be removed. I don't really
understand it because even if you use the admin password you still get
denied access.
