You can purchase remote management cards which give you a basic web
server
on a pci card, which you plug into the machine you wish to monitor. Plug
it
into the network, give it an IP and you're away. Some will even show
you
BSOD (blue screen of death) outputs and allow you to access the bios etc
as
well as rebooting, shutting down etc.

Try a search on google for "remote management card" as I cant
remember a
vendor off the top of my head other than HP.

Note: X10 will probably be cheaper, but you wont be able to find out why
the
machine didnt come back up after you reboot it ;-)
