The one message I had from the guy said the costs were:
1 Silver NIC = $45
1 EC = $75
USPS Express s/h = 23
Total $143.
He's due back in the office today from JApan so hopefully will be
able to answer my questions about bulk buying/cheaper shipping.
I will post with results in case anyone is interested.
