OK, maybe I should explain a little better ...
I plan to have a network of computers at a remote location. I
won't
be able to press the button myself, so I need another device to do it.
They will not be given public IPs, and will sit behind another
machine running a Linux distro for NAT/firewalling. The
NAT/firewall<=

machine will be the only one with a public IP, and as such I'd like it
to be able to reboot the other machines if need be. Basically, I
need=
an interface which I can turn a switch on and off with via the
Internet.
