OK ... Been "browsing" today and saw something that I just
thought was
absolutely outrageous!
I have a reasonable respect for Belkin products ... They're usually
well
built, the hardware is reliable and the software that comes with them
is
stable - I tend to regard them in the same light as Adaptec in that if
I'm knocking together a machine for someone and I don't want any hassle
then I would grab a Belkin product in the same way that I would grab an
Adaptec product over a "no-name" brand.
However I saw a replacement RJ11 to BT plug cable from Belkin today
which had the "sales" pitch of "Up to 10 times faster than
normal phone
cables" ... How the hell can they claim that? What *possible*
justification can they have for making that kind of statement?
