The SCAN 8 port is fanless. They also do 16, 24 and 32 port switches.
24/32=
are rackmountable but I dont know if they have a fan or not.

I'm looking for a new 10/100 switch, preferably rackmount but with a
fanless (silent) design. I've not found anything so far - anyone know
of one (and under =A3150-200)? I know the D-Link desktop models are
fanless but I'd like to rackmount it with ports in line with my patch
panels.
