If you have glass doors, you could try sticking it onto them in line of
sight of the Sky box..... that gives direct LOS of the transmitter, but
also has air space in the middle for the remote in the same room to
work...... Worked OK for me, until I got the Tivo and I didn't want the
Sky signal getting through, so I stuck it back on the front of the box.
