      Demon Internet (www.demon.net) do a
"national call rate" service which
      they call DFax.  I think there's a
one-off "installation" charge to
      get started, you get allocated an 0870
number and it's free thereafter.
      Only trouble is I think you have to be a
Demon subscriber.  I've been
      using it for a couple of years now and it is
very stable.
