I have one that was about 35 quid. It is a PCB though but has both 485 and
serial outputs on it. Admitedly you would have to get a serial socket as
there is only a header, you know, the sort on some motherboards. It is
complete though with no soldering required although a case of sorts would
be good.
I haven't had a chance to plug it in yet so cannot comment on its
performance. If you want to know more then mail back and I will llok out
the details as they are at home and I am not.
