That's good to hear, because this is potentially one of the main uses I

I think we can all agree on that one :) I'm using ZoneAlarmPro at the
moment
(under WinME) but its seems to slowly drag the system down after a few
days
use..and sometimes webpages have random characters added to them..

Strange because AFAIK the ASF format is basically Mpeg4 isn't it.. and if
so
why should it play DivX OK but not ASF ? Are you playing the ASF via M$
Media
Player ? If so try playing the DivX back via Media player as well and see
if
it the skips. I've noticed the Media Player seems to put a greater load
on
the system than other players.

Shame.. what sort of level of CPU would be required ? Shame they don't

an AGP slot 'cos then I could stick an All-In-Wonder card in it :)

Well I suppose that sort of makes sense .. TV signals ARE bigger than
the
viewable
area of your TV (overscan), but computer display need to be smaller to
make
sure
they appear in the viewable area. Is this over/under scan changeable on
the
fly ..
i.e. without a reboot ?
