Not sure about software but if you want to do it "closer to the metal" then you just need a terminal program and type in the relevant AT commands e.g.
 
at+cmgf=1
OK
at+cmgs="+4477xxxxxxxx"
> This is a message to send <CTRL+Z>
+CMGS: xxx
 
OK
 
+CMGF=1 goes into text mode (as opposed to PDU mode where the raw message data is entered in hex).
and +CMGS sends a message to the telephone number specified, pressing CTRL+Z to terminate and send the message (ESC to abort).

Hello all
 
I have been looking around for some software for the ipaq that allows it to send SMS etc with a Nokia 6210 and I have not been able to find any.
 
Any ideas?
