It doesnt rip to MP3, just atrac3, not that it matters since you cant 
get the songs off it once they are ripped other then thru some annoying
secure memory stick thing.

You cant just drop a CD full of MP3s into it to load it up either, there
is no PC connectivity either.

All in all, a nice idea ruined by DRM bullshit.
