RE: Cat Flaps

So does it look like you can modify the unit so that it will always let
a cat in, but electronically block the cat going out via HV? I get the
feeling that the electronic control blocks access both ways and
that there is a manual control to select in, out, both or neither.

Not sure if that will do what I need.
