When you access GPRS you need to specify an APN (or use the default).
I assumed the default APN was used for WAP services.

I also assumed that the operators would be firewalling traffic using
the default APN from sending traffic direct onto the Internet (i.e.
not via their WAP GW).

Still they aren't really pricing GPRS as a non-business service...
