Which is the best HomeSeer or ACE?

I will need to do TTS and I think I *may* need some limited
functionality with other stuff too, but that's not that important to
me.
I will be using the AT&T voices.

I also want integration with the Meteor caller ID unit too with the V3
software mentioned by Kevin earlier.

So the question is, which is the best and most flexible solution? Has
anyone used both?
