You can only watch one thing at a time on your TV, so the way I intend to do
it eventually is ...

Sources to Node0 via KAT5.
Split each source into a video switcher for each TV.
output from source switchers via KAT5 to TV.

Provided the video switchers are IR controllable, it means you can choose any
source for any display in the house.  Until I can afford that, I'll be using
a single switcher, a modulator, and coax.
