I think Ken was referring to Tim Morris. He's been looking at the Clipsal
system (amongst others) - very nice. Basically this is Cat5 to all switches
and the lighting (mains) circuits home-run to the Clipsal "panel".

If you can afford it hard wired is better, talk to Tim as he did a lot
of research on this just recently.
