My experience was:
Tiger -> Landed at Heathrow = about 2-3 days
Landed at Heathrow -> Airborne Express called me = about 2-3
days
Airborne Express called me -> Actually cleared customs = about 2-3
days
Actaully cleared customs -> Home = 2 days
Would find out your Airbone tracking number from Tiger, and then call
Airborne directly.

According to Tiger website they despatched my Rio's on the 20th,
