Right, Just had a word with my lawyer who says that if it were he who had to pursue the hypothetical claim against anyone it would be the easy target...in the UK, whether an individual or a group of people. The inference being that Mark H was 100% right! The only defence against it is to formalise somehow and have insurance :-( Bummer I know, but that what the man says, no doubt there would be varying opinions on the subject but still... K.
