Have a look at http://paulgordon.homeip.net/bathroom 
- near the bottom are 
some piccies of my home-made switch panel, and details of the VIOM
module.

I can probably also help out with Girder config as well, (when I figure it
out again myself!) - I had it working perfectly, but then the PC died, and
I 
had to build another. I've still to figure out the precise settings on the
Girder serial plugin to recognise the inputs...
