I'm considering using a video matrix switcher to route my video=20
around the house (4xCCTV, Video, Satelite, DVD etc) and didn't=20
really want to modulate it as (I believe) the quality will suffer=20
(anyone do this and very happy with the results?). I presume Keith's=20
switcher is still many months off (guess based on the fact he is=20
still working on it and it takes a long time to get to production).
So, the alternative (or one of them) is to use a video matrix=20
switcher. There are many available around the 8/12/16 in/out variety=20
with RS232 and front panel control and can be had for around =A31000=20
(dealer price).
1) Has anyone got this type of solution?
2) What connectors in each outlet are best (F type, BNC, RCA etc)?
3) I presume CT100 cable is fine (which I have already got and plan=20
to install)
4) How many cables would you run to each outlet?
