Best to use 568B

There is no electrical reason for this, but most patch panels have the
"B"
Colour code on the labels at the back.

When terminating my cat 5 cablebetween my face plates and my patch panels,
should I use standard a or standard b?

does KAT5 run over normally terminated cables as described above?
