I would imagine he's getting them from the original supplier that refused
to deal with Gareth which must go to offset his costs slightly. 

I know it's not good form to advertise on here but if he'd said a few weeks
ago that he was going to import these how many of us would have decided it
wasn't worth doing the bulk buy? Gareth's obviously put a lot of time into
this for us for no personal gain.
