The problem is I *ALREADY* do all the vacuuming, the dusting, the clothes washing and washing whatever dishes are deemed as not suitable for the dishwasher. I also clean the bathroom, kitchen and cooker and empty the bins.
 
There's not really an awful lot more that I *CAN* do for her as a treat on mothers day that doesn't involve spending money and - as I'm on a complete toy ban - then it would not be right for me to then shell out on flowers and chocolates, right?

Same picture here, we were out at a party untill very late, whe we got back I fell asleep in my chair,
woke at 3:00am went to bed,
Sophie woke me at 6:00am
two headake tablets later
Baking fresh bread
9:00 bacon sandwitch for Jacqui in bed made with freshly baked bread.
10:00 about to tidy the house ;-(

I agree whole heartedly. Add a headache into the equation and I feel pretty horrible. Wifey is still happily in bed though whilst I fight with breakfast with Molly in the kitchen.
 
Ideas for next year about a month beforehand please

Feck this getting up at 6:30 to look after the baby and get breaky in bed for the Mrs....more work required for a "Mothersday Macro" next year! ;-)
