So what would you suggest would be the sensible amount of CAT5 for a
Kitchen?
My plans are that all power sockets are double and for every double power
socket, 2 runs of cat5 are put in, including where the washing machine,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker are (you never know!!).
There'll be around 20 power sockets, so 40 runs of cat5 in the
kitchen......
Do you think that would do?

It's soooo cheap to add a few more runs when you are building. Bung some
more in...and before Hoye comes along...don't underestimate the Kitchen!!!
