There is an option somewhere to convert to HTML. Then all they need is a browser.

Unfortunately Pack and Go requires installing the view on the machine, many of our users do not have sufficient rights to install software, but could run an AVI or other media file for example.

Why not just 'pack and go' it so that it can be viewed on any computer, or
am I missing something?
