like Mark says you could use MS Internet connection sharing, or try a proxy program like Netproxy which also has the advantage of SMTP,POP and DHCP

What version of Windows are you using James?  You need to set it up as "Dial on demand".

 

Failing that you could install VNC or similar on the Fuji/Laptop and kick off the dialup on your server remotely.

Got most of it going fine using ICS, however just one hitch, how do I get the client machine (the laptop) to initiate an internet connection?
