An audiotron is a dedicate machine & is reasonably (AFAIK) stable
A Multitainer is a PC with all the 'stability' etc that goes with having a
PC
An audiotron needs to connect to a 'host' pc containing all the music
The multitainer would contain all the music for you.
The multitainer will probably be noisy.
The audiotron probably is not - I assume it's firmware based rather than
disk based.

I _should_ be getting an audiotron soon.
I am _thinking_ about a multitainer
I am also thinking about the Shuttle mini pc jobbie which is v.small,
onboard network/usb/firewire/audio etc, so could easily be set up as an MP3
server, with a higher spec processor, memory & Hard disk.....
Decisions decisions.....
