Mark,
I'm about to buy digital camcorder and I narrowed my choice to two models: Canon MVX1i and JVC GR-DVP1/3.
My main reasons for these models are that they are small, so easily fit into pocket. I hate carrying around big camcorder bag, because those big ones usually stay at home or in hotel. I don't need an extra piece of luggage.
JVC one was voted Best Compact Dicital Camcorder by Camcorder magazine (www.camuser.co.uk) and Canon one was runner up.
Which ones you're after?
Nik
Cheers,
Nik

any recommendations or experiences (good and bad) they would like to share.

Cheers,
Mark.
