I've just got a Hauppauge Win-TV PCI card installed on my computer and have
managed to get a Hauppauge Color Camera displaying on the screen through
the
card. (It's not using the UHF input, but the S-Video one).
I want to try and stream this video onto the web as the startings of a home
security system, but can't find anything that will take the stream and
publish it. I thought Windows Media Encoder was the answer to my prayers,
but got nowhere with it.
Has anyone got any suggestions or pointers ?
