It has
automatic mode, I am not sure how often it sync's I never notice any
drift

but on web site it says that it tells you what the difference is and gives
you
the option in dialogue box to synchronize clocks. Nothing automatical is
mentioned.
Also
it says that it does it once a day, and I would probably want it more often
(I
have ADSL).
