Very little indeed. They are usually *exactly* the same builds of the code.
The difference will be that the SBS installer optimises each app to run on
a
single box, the licencing is more restrictive, and SBS insists on being the
first domain controller in a new domain. (This is the mechanism used to
stop
big enterprises using SBS as a cheaper way of obtaining all the bits
instead
of buying seperately).
Of course, SBS doesn't include sharepoint or mobile server, so you'll have
to add those seperately anyway.
