We have been kinda quiet this end, largely because of our new baby ;)

Before anyone gets the wrong idea, I'll point out that it should have been<= BR> kinda obvious at Jenni wasn't secretly pregnant...

nope, the baby in question is...

an Epson EMP-51 16:9/4:3  Tri-LCD 1200 Lumen Projector :)

We haven't left the house since we got it, and (after some *rapid* DIY to swap the entire front room wiring round) have been watching movies etc
constantly.

For those guys "in the know" you were SOOOOOOOOO right. Who wants= one of
those primitive CRT nonsenses

For those not yet converted, the EMP-51 is *immense* and PC world are
selling them for =A31616 plus VAT.

There is a question also:

Whilst the intention is a "proper" automatic screen at some point= , just now,
we have very smooth walls and are looking to just paint the screen area
white (till we save up again ;) )

tbh the EMP-51 gets stunning results on a flat sheet tacked to the wall, bu= t
I'd like to get the best of our new arrival.

Ian.
