I've read the official statements, and I do partially agree. I don't
really
have a big issue with this, although I don't like the idea of not being
able
to delete it immediately. The BBC does enough advertising as it is,
without
forcing stuff on us. I'm just a little concerned about what _could_ happen
-
you own the machine (sold on the idea of 'watch what you want, when you
want') and now you're forced into something being recorded.
And it doesn't really concern me anyway, since I haven't got a Tivo.
Yet.
You see see, it probably won't stop me buying one.
