I've seen so many issues like this on the various TV programs covering self
build, that's why I put the smiley.

However, despite all the "bad" issues that you see, I'm still very tempted,
but only having been in here for a year and still having a bit of the
rewiring to do before I can seriously start on the HA install, it'll be
quite some time before I'm even ready to start looking for land :-(

I'm sure the end result is worth it, but I guess there are times when that
may not seem the case !
