There are two of these commands. All lights on and all units off. The
former only affects lamp modules and LD11 rail units etc. and turns them
ON. The latter will turn everything OFF be it a lamp or appliance module
variety. They are both House Code dependent so either sent to A will only
affect A and NOT B - E. All unit numbers on the house code in question are
affected e.g. A1 to A15. This means your module is at least on house code
A.

Not knowing the module in question I would suggest trial and error. You
have already done it A2 so only 15 to go. I would start at A1 as this is
the most common default.
