Car speakers would do, however you may need to spray them....  

CPC sell some ceiling speakers that are the same size as a downlight, 
for about =A312 each, and Henrys sell white ceiling speakers for under 
=A320 each:

The main advantage being that these are white, and come with the 
various brackets required.

Remember that Quality is subjective, one persons Rolls Royce is 
anothers 2CV!!!
