Whilst this is a good idea in theory, the diversity switching (how the
WAP11
decides which aerial to use) is not entirely foolproof.  Whilst it may
work
most of the time, it may drop packets to both areas resulting in
timeouts.

I would suggest either a second WAP11 to bridge between the houses, or a
PC
with wireless card bridging between the houses.  Use a small gain
omni-directional antenna, such as the one from http://www.solwise.co.uk
