The same message I got at 14:16. my previous pop check was 13:57, the
message was sent at 13:40, so it was available for me some time between
17 mins and 
36 mins late, that's not that bad, perhaps there were delays elsware, I
often got this when using UK2, I actualy switched to fasthosts and it
got a whole lot better. In non peak times, like now I am getting
messages back within a couple of mins
