Way OT .. house requiring major renovation in a suburb of sheffield

Hi, I know this is way OT ... but as I was walking my dog yesterday, I
walked past what I thought were just woodland, and on looking a little
further, there is a part-stone built cottage, looks like fire damage...
it
looks like 2bedroomed...

Its going up for auction and overlooks the woodland and the hill-side..
very
nice IMO.

I don't know what the starting price is, nor am I associated with anyone
on
this, I thought I'd just see if anyone is looking... ??

If anyone wants any info / photo's / phone numbers, I can go and pick
them
up 
tonight and bring them in tomorrow.
