[OT ish] Disk drive manufacturers
I know there are some reasonably strongly held views on IBM Deskstar drives
amongst some people here, but what about any others to best avoid?
Does anyone have any opinions either way on Western Digital?
Only Ebuyer have a WD "Caviar" 80GB drive for just £70 inc. which
although
could be considered "small" by todays standards, at well under
£1/GB is
still pretty good value...
