   I happen to work for a telco who interconnects to BT.  Among other
things this gives us the right to see BT's Network information.

   I'm not allowed to reproduce the information contained therein, but

    Um - in the current atmosphere of paranoia about terrorist
activity that may not be seen as the joke I'm sure it was!

    I doubt a catastrophic failure of an exchange would make any
difference to BB prospects.
