Hopefully a one off incident, but in terms of CCTV and network access,
provided you have ADSL into the building something from Axis
Communication
should work well, we use their network cameras to cover our computer
suite.
As well as networked cameras they also do Networked Video servers, i.e.

Cameras into one box which then connects to network.
