If you are careful you can crimp them into a RJ45 plug (remove the
cable
grip insert from the plug first) and just plug them into a spare
socket.
Obviously this might not put the sensor exactly where you want it,
ideally
temperature sensors should be about two thirds the way up a wall.
Other
than that just a small piece of standard connection block works fine,
then
just put the whole thing in a little box with vent holes.
