The three I've seen used are:

480-00 Dinky Link - I use two of these at present

490-00 Micro Link - These are the Xantech version of the Buffalo Tube

291-00 - Hidden Link - I did use one, till I fried it ;)

All of them connect to the amp on the same terminal and the signal just
gets blatted to *every* emitter regardless of where they are so, in
essence, it's pretty dumb really.
