The AW12 is newer but has only 1 X10 address and no status feedback
The AWM2 has 2 X10 adresses - 1 is a local switched relay like the
AW12 - the other one is X10 send only - with full status reporting.
There's also a diference in wiring them - 1 of them switches the live
wire, the other the neutral wire.
