picking random serial numbers wont work unless you also change the region
code and the mac address in the eeprom. best bet if your xbox is banned is
to pick up the cheapest NIC you an find and use it's MAC address, change
your region code back to the default of region 4 and use another serial
number (best to get a known good one from an xbox that will never go on
live)
