Yep, it has 3 settings [1] Drill [2] drill & hammer [3] hammer only.
The
plastic case looks and feels fairly cheap but for the money it's a
fairly good buy (IMO), given it's 900w and comes with a chuck attachment
and 5 or 6 SDS bits.

Check it's got a rotostop so you can have the hammer action without
rotation, otherwise the chisel/box sinker is going to be at best a
little
difficult to use or at worst a disintegrating high speed projectile!!

it doesn=92t actually state that it=92s a SDS+ drill, but going by the
picture
on the paper flyer (not the pictures on the web-site), it takes SDS
bits,
and as it states that it=92s suitable for chiseling, then I presume it=92s
an
SDS+.
